  • We review credit history, income, employment verification, rental history, and background results. Approval decisions are based on the overall strength of the application.

  • Generally, applicants must show a gross monthly income of at least 3 times the monthly rent. However, this may vary per property.

  • Yes, in certain cases we accept qualified co-signers or guarantors who meet credit and income requirements.

  • Pet policies vary by property. Please review the listing for details on pet restrictions, fees, and deposits.

  • Applications are processed in the order they are received.

  • If your application is not approved, we’ll notify you via text, call, email, and/or mail. The application fee is non-refundable, but you’re welcome to reapply for future listings once eligibility factors improve.

  • You’ll need to pay the security deposit, pet fees (if applicable), and first month’s rent.

  • A property is secured for you once the deposit is paid. Properties remain available until all paperwork and payments are received.
