This notice explains how Uptown Management, LLC ("Uptown," "we," or "us") handles information collected through rentwithuptown.com. It does not replace notices or terms that may apply through a lease, management agreement, AppFolio, or another service.

Our hosting and form-processing providers may also process standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type, and request logs, to deliver and protect their services.

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate requested services, communicate about a property or account, maintain business records, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable obligations. Submitting an inquiry does not create a management, brokerage, or landlord-tenant relationship.

Service Providers and Links

Website forms are processed by FormSubmit and delivered to Uptown by email. FormSubmit states that submitted data may be retained for up to 30 days; its separate privacy policy governs that processing. This site also links to AppFolio and Facebook. Information you provide on those services is governed by their own privacy practices.

Retention and Sharing

We keep inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain appropriate records, or meet legal and operational needs. We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers acting for us, professional advisers, government authorities when required, or parties involved in a business transfer.

This static site does not currently use first-party analytics or advertising cookies. Third-party sites reached through our links may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. We will update this notice if our website practices materially change.
